Salmon Poached with Dill Dashi, Som’s Kimchi, Corn with Kombu Butter, Honey walnut, Furikake, Microgreens. Served on top of your chosen base – brown rice, salad, or a mixture of both. Topped with either a miso beetroot sauce (non-spicy) or jalapeno pesto (spicy).

Available for lunch and dinner on 9 October (Sat).

Lunch: 11.30am – 2.30pm

Dinner: 5.30pm – 8.30pm
